It is being rumored that the desperately-aspiring celebrity puts in around 30 calls to his agent a day, but receives nothing in return.
Apparently, when Pratt calls, ?They just laugh at him or pick up and hang up.?
In the latest issue of UsWeekly, a source tells that Pratt still owes his agency ?hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions? from the millions he and wife Heidi Montag earned during their short run on reality TV.
